Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day returns policy.

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. 

We offer a full refund to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date. A full refund will only be issued if the item purchased was not described correctly in the product description. 

We are happy to offer an exchange if the product does not fit; you can request an exchange for a different size of a product, this must be within 30 days of purchase. All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable, you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.

Returns costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Please contact us before returning an item. Refunds will then be processed once we have received the item. All returned items must be sent via a recorded delivery.

This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods. 

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging
  • No signs of wash/wear
  • Tags must not be damaged or removed
  • No stains/hairs/odours

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
